i had an apointment with deedee for a run through for my wedding. I took the day off of work and drove down from seattle. On my way I was stuck in traffic, I called to let them know I was running a couple of min. late- they informed me that was fine, my stylist did not have apointments after that. when I showed up 10 min late, I was told that deedee was not able to meet my apointment because she had an apointment she needed to get to and that she left a while ago. Later my stylist told the owner that I was over 30 min late and she assumed I was not coming. Funny because when I first got there she was right there at the front desk - she does not think I know what she looks like. the whole entire thing was a horrible experience, if she was not able to meet my apontment she should have called me and let me know, she also should not have lied to the owner about me being over 30 min late, and when I called that I was late they should have told me that my apontmetn could not filled any longer. I still have no idea why she left when she knew I was there for my apointment? over all a horrible experience, will never go there again!!

I was going to us this salon for the day of my wedding. I drove two hours for my practice hair and makeup to find out I never had the apointment (even though I received a confirmation call the day before). To top it all off the lady at the front desk was extremly unprofesional. Later I received a call only to find out they are unable to fullfill my apointment the day before my wedding (manicure/pdeicures) only 20 days before my wedding. This has been a horrible expereince. would not recommend them for wedding styling.

I have been coming to this salon for some time. Roger is my stylist and I just love the new remodel! So open and spacious, really nice.

I had a 1 hour massage and loved it! The girl working the front desk was a real sweetheart named Jessica. The masseur was named Kent and he was great!

The Salon is warm and inviting. Parking can sometimes be a nightmare in Downtown Olympia but the salon made it so easy!! When I called for my appointment they directed me to the nearby Ramada Hotel parking...
